SHIPPING POLICY

 

SCARVES:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK and USA.

At present, we currently do not ship outside of the EU, UK and USA from our nominated supplier however, please contact us directly to assist you with an order direct from the UK (where feasible).

Once your order is placed, production of your item can vary between 5-8 business days (b/d), before it is shipped to your destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, fees or taxes levied by the destination country and/or shipping company. PRE-ORDER MEANING

For specific items not currently in stock but due for release at a future advertised date, you can secure and reserve your items in advance, even if the products are not ready yet for immediate shipping and delivery. Once the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched via our fulfilment partners.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT

100% of the payment is charged at the time of purchase to secure your items.

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow us to process your order. Expect a confirmation email within 24-72 hours to let you know your order has been secured and reserved for you.

For all pre-orders secured and reserved up to 14 business days before the advertised release date, will be dispatched before the general release to the public.

Post-release date, if the items are in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours via our fulfilment suppliers.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

The flat rate shipping fees apply to orders shipping to European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK) and United States of America (USA).

At present, we currently do not ship outside of the EU, UK and USA. However, for some specific items, we can redirect you to our platform on either Amazon.com or Store.BookBaby.com where you may also place an order to access wider international shipping regions.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES  

We offer a £4.70 flat rate shipping fee across the UK. Please see the table below:

We offer a €11.25 flat rate shipping fee across the European Union (EU) nations only and a $7.50 flat rate shipping fee for USA. Please see the table below:

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@houseofnyabinghi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address each refund, return or exchange request on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
